Winter Showcase Dance Illusions

This year Hayden has been taking Hip-Hop from Dance Illusions and has really had a lot of fun.
Her confidence has improved from last year and you can see it in her performances.
Hayden is easy to spot in a crowd. Usually the tallest and the only one with red hair.
Jeremy and I enjoyed watching her, she did a GREAT job.

P.S. She was the cutest one there.

Deer and Elk in Providence

Jeremy has been taking drives East from our house after him gets done with work to find all this wildlife.
The Deer and Elk have been coming down from the canyons when we have snow storms.

We have even seen a few deer in our yard.
It's pretty cool, something you don't see everyday.

It's A New Year

Friday, I was able to take Hayden and her good friend Kirsten up to Beaver.  We had a lot of fun despite the coldness.
I think it was the coldest temperature I have ever skied in.
Hayden and Kirsten are great skiers.
Saturday, New Year's Day, my family wanted to continue our tradition of going to Lava.  Last year was our first time, so this year it was our "2nd Annual New Year's Day Lava Trip." First we ate at the River Walk Thai restaurant.
It was quite cold, as was the whole weekend.  I really didn't know if I would be able to walk from the dressing room to the pool in just a swimming suit.
But then sticking my feet in the water, I didn't know how I could get in the water either, it was on fire.
So, it was either freeze to death or burn up.  We decided to burn and it was worth it.
Our hairs froze. Here is my crusty-crust hair with Harmony being the photo bomber,(she is good at it, she might want to do it for a living.)
All the kids enjoyed themselves, and they all decided it would be "cool" to go roll in the snow and then jump in the water.  They're nuts.
